# Branding and sign-in

> Set your product name, logo and color, choose how your users sign in, and share your branded sign-in page.

## Branding (Application section)

In **vatoide.com/enterprise.html**, open **Application**:

| Field | What it changes |
| --- | --- |
| **Product name** | The full name shown in the app window and on the sign-in screen, for example *Acme Code* (2 to 40 characters). |
| **Short name** | Replaces the word *Vato* in the app's texts, for example *Acme* (24 characters at most). *Vato Cloud* becomes *Acme Cloud*. |
| **Logo** | PNG, JPEG or WebP, 256 KiB at most. A square image looks best. Without a logo, the Vato icon is used. |
| **Accent color** | The color of buttons and active elements (`#rrggbb`). |
| **Help and legal** | Help page, support email, terms of use and privacy policy. Links must start with `https://`. |

The **Preview** shows the desktop sign-in screen as you edit. Click **Save**: open apps receive the new branding within a few seconds, with no reinstall.

## What your users see

- After signing in through your space, the app shows your product name, logo and color. The words *Vato* in the interface become your short name.
- The branding is kept on the computer: the next time the app opens, even before signing in, the sign-in screen shows your brand, and **Sign in** opens your space's sign-in page.
- **Settings → Organization** shows your space, the settings you manage, and your help links. Console administrators also get an **Open the console** button.
- Signing out returns the app to the Vato brand.

## Sign-in methods

In **Sign-in**, choose the ways your users can get in. At least one must stay open:

| Method | For whom |
| --- | --- |
| **Vato accounts** | Email and password, Google or Apple. |
| **Company SSO (OIDC)** | Your identity provider: Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta, Keycloak and others. See [Single sign-on](single-sign-on.md). |
| **Partner platform** | Your own platform drives sign-in through your sign-in page and the [Platform API](platform-api.md). |

SSO can only be the single way in after a successful test.

## Your branded sign-in page

Share **vatoide.com/signin.html?org=<identifier>** with your users. It shows your logo and product name, and offers **Continue with … SSO** (with your short name) when SSO is enabled. If Vato accounts are turned off, only your SSO or platform buttons are shown. The **Overview** section has a copy button for this link.

Anyone can also click **Sign in with your company's SSO** on the regular sign-in page and type their work email: if the domain is verified for a space with SSO, they are sent to it.
