# Bot overview panel

> The right-hand Overview panel shows a bot's screen, status, routines, threads and integrations next to its chat.

On the desktop app, the **Overview** panel sits to the right of a bot's chat. It sums up what the bot is doing without leaving the conversation.

## What it shows

- **Screen**: while the bot's browser is running, its page streams live here, marked **Live**. Otherwise you see the latest screenshot the bot took with its browser or with computer control (**Latest capture**), or **No screenshot yet**. Each conversation has its own browser and sign-ins: when a thread is open, you see that thread's browser; the general chat and routines share the general chat's browser. Click the preview (or its enlarge icon) to open the bot's browser: the panel widens and shows the full browser (tabs, address bar, annotation tools) in the same place. When the bot starts browsing, its browser opens there on its own. **Back to preview** returns to the Overview. A bot on Vato Cloud streams its browser here the same way while its machine is online; the preview never wakes a sleeping machine, but clicking it does, and opens the browser in the same widened panel.
- **Status**, **Model** and **Environment**: whether the bot is ready, running or needs your attention, the model it uses (preceded by its provider's logo), and where it runs (**This computer** or **Vato Cloud**).
- **Routines**: each routine with when it runs next (for example **Next in 5 min**, or **Next run due now** once it's due) and how often it runs (for example **Every 5 hours**). The same line appears in **Actions → Routines**. A paused routine says **Paused**; a routine that is working right now says **Running**.
- **Threads**: the **General chat** and the latest threads. Click one to open it. A thread waiting for you says **Waiting for your answer**.
- **Skills**: the bot's first five skills with when to use each. Click one to open it in the skill editor. Shown for bots on Vato Cloud only while their machine is awake.
- **Integrations** (bots on this computer): private browser session, bot memory, Vato skills and shared computer control, each marked **On** or **Off**.

**See all** next to a section opens the full section from the **Actions** menu (Routines, Threads, Skills or Integrations). The Overview panel is replaced by that section while it is open, and comes back when you close it.

## Hide or show the panel

- Click the panel icon at the top right of the Overview panel to hide it.
- Click the same icon in the bot's header to show it again.

Vato remembers your choice. The panel only appears when the window is wide enough; on a narrow window, the chat keeps the full width.
